We hope you can find a moment or 2 in your day to find gratitude in these tumultuous and incendiary times. Try out the ''square breath'' if you need to just breathe. Breathe in for a count of 1-2-3-4...hold for a count of 1-2-3-4...breathe out for a count of 1-2-3-4... and hold for a count of 1-2-3-4.
